Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use BoxCrew. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you use BoxCrew on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Use of the service

Subject to these terms, BoxCrew grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your internal business or personal use, depending on your plan and workspace settings.

• You must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms.
• You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• You may not use the service to develop, distribute, or facilitate unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive activity.

3. Customer content and instructions

You retain responsibility for the content, files, prompts, instructions, credentials, and other materials you or your organization submit to BoxCrew. You must have all rights and permissions necessary for that content and for any integrations you enable.

You instruct BoxCrew and its subprocessors to host, process, transmit, and transform your content as needed to operate the service.

4. AI and agent outputs

BoxCrew enables workflows involving AI models, agents, automations, and external tools. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for your particular use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

You are solely responsible for decisions, actions, and downstream effects resulting from use of model outputs, agent actions, code generation, or automation behavior.

5. Third-party services

The service may interoperate with third-party products such as cloud platforms, source control providers, email systems, calendar providers, model APIs, and payment processors. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Fees and billing

Paid features may require a subscription or usage-based payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your selected plan. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing or packaging prospectively. If we do, we will provide notice through the service, by email, or both, as appropriate.

7. Intellectual property

BoxCrew and its related software, designs, trademarks, documentation, and service content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these terms, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Beta features

Some features may be marked beta, preview, or experimental. Those features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time, and may be offered with reduced support or additional risk.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created security risk, failed to pay applicable fees, or if continued service would expose us or others to legal or operational harm.

You may stop using the service at any time. Certain provisions of these terms survive termination, including provisions relating to fees owed, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoxCrew and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice through the service or by email.
